Stock Handlers and Pick & Pack

• Opportunity to work close to home on the Northern Beaches – Warriewood
• Work Mon-Fri, 8.30am–4.30pm Overtime Available
• Currently Peak Season, the warehouse is busy.
• Training provided with potential for ongoing permanent employment
• Ideally live within 15km of Warriewood

Job Requirements

• Picking items from the shelves
• Packing using computer scanning process
• Replenishing stock on pick locations
• Unloading and stacking stock
• Cleaning and organisation of the warehouse environment

Key duties include the following:

• Providing courteous, prompt and efficient service to existing Customers over the telephone and by email, not cold calling or canvasing.
• General follow up, ensuring all customer inquiries or issues have been actioned.
• Accurately recording sales orders, requests and notes.
• Promoting the company’s products and services.
• Contributing to the achievement of the team goals
• Positive and friendly phone manner.
• PC skills particularly Excel spreadsheets and familiarity with business systems.
• Self-motivated and the desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
